This project involved the complete rehabilitation of a vacant building, including architecture, construction supervision, and interior design. It features three floors dedicated to innovative coworking spaces, designed to foster productivity and community. Alongside 16 apartments, the building exemplifies the Feel group’s concept of vertical hospitality, seamlessly integrating work and living environments.
