Feel Arch is a FEEL Group company that began building its expertise in 2016, driven by a vision to develop real estate projects in a structured and value-driven way. We are passionate about uncovering the hidden potential in every space and bringing it to life, maximizing what already exists rather than starting from scratch.

Based in Porto, our architectural approach emphasizes rehabilitation over reconstruction, preserving the essence of each place while enhancing its functionality and appeal. In interior design, we draw inspiration from the surrounding context, allowing existing architectural and structural elements to guide and enrich our creative process.

services

We deliver everything from feasibility studies to fully developed architecture and interior design projects. In most cases, we also handle the complete outfitting of spaces, selecting everything from decorative elements to kitchenware and bathroom accessories, as well as curtains and textiles. We deliver ready-to-use projects, carefully designed to be lived in and enjoyed.

We have managed construction projects with budgets of up to 3 million euro, and most of our projects focus on rehabilitation.

construction management & site supervision

We manage and oversee construction works to safeguard quality, timelines, and budgets. Through proactive coordination and on-site supervision, we maintain strict control over the building process, guaranteeing that design intent is faithfully realized.

architectural consultancy & technical support

Our consultancy offers expert advice throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, planning approvals, and regulatory compliance. Complemented by detailed technical support, we ensure designs are practical, compliant, and ready for seamless execution.

interior design, fit-out & styling

We create timeless, bespoke interiors: spaces that balance form and function with refined detailing. From complete fit-outs to light restyling interventions, each project is finished with curated furniture, lighting, and decorative elements, resulting in a cohesive, fully resolved space.

FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment)

Our FF&E service curates and coordinates all the elements that complete an interior, from furniture and lighting to finishes and accessories. This bespoke selection elevates aesthetics and functionality alike, ensuring a cohesive, impeccable final result.

procurement

We manage the strategic sourcing and acquisition of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment with precision and market insight. Our procurement process ensures quality, costeffectiveness, and timely delivery, seamlessly supporting project schedules and design ambitions.

3D visualization and rendering

Using advanced 3D rendering, we bring designs to life before construction begins. These realistic visualisations enable clients to experience materials, lighting, and spatial relationships, facilitating informed decisions and clear communication.

We offer comprehensive turnkey solutions, managing every phase from inception to completion. By precisely coordinating design, procurement, construction, and finishing, we ensure a smooth, efficient process that delivers fully finished, ready-to-use spaces tailored to client expectations, on time and within budget.

Tânia Marques

PARTNER & CEO

Graduated from FAUP (Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto) in 2010, Tânia has been practicing architecture since 2011. As CEO and Senior Architect, Tânia leads the strategic direction of the company while remaining actively involved in the design process. She is responsible for the initial feasibility analysis of each project, ensuring that every idea is grounded in architectural integrity and aligned with the client’s vision.

Rui Lé Costa

PARTNER | Co-founder of Feel Group

As a co-founding partner of Feel Group and director of Feel Porto, the group’s flagship company specializing in short-term rental management and hospitality services. Feel Arch supports their architecture and interior design projects. While Rui Lé Costa do not hold executive roles within Feel Arch, his strategic vision and leadership within the group play a key role in shaping the broader direction and synergy between the companies.

Nuno Trigo

PARTNER | Co-founder of Feel Group

Nuno Trigo co-founded Feel Group and serves as director of Feel Porto, the group’s flagship brand in short-term rental management and hospitality. Although not involved in the day today operations of Feel Arch, Nuno Trigo contributes significantly through strategic guidance, aligning the company’s architecture and interior design projects with the broader goals of the group and reinforcing the synergy between all business areas.
Ana Rocha

PARTNER & Interior Design Project Coordinator

Graduated from FAUP (Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto) in 2009, Ana Rocha has been practicing architecture since 2010. She is a partner at Feel Arch and leads the coordination of interior design projects. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of spatial aesthetics, she ensures that each project reflects the client’s personality while maintaining harmony, functionality, and elegance. Her role bridges creativity and execution, guiding the design process from concept to completion.
Ana Sousa

PARTNER & Global Projects Director of Feel Group

Ana Sousa serves as the Global Projects Director of Feel Group. While she does not hold an executive role within Feel Arch, her expertise is essential in evaluating the financial viability of new ventures and strategic projects. Her analytical insight and broad financial perspective contribute to informed decision-making across the group, ensuring sustainable growth and longterm value.

Miguel Valido

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Graduated from FAUP (Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto) in 2015, Miguel Valido has been practicing architecture since 2016. He has been part of Feel Arch since 2019 and plays a key role across all stages of the company’s projects. With a strong focus on architectural design, he is actively involved in feasibility studies, concept development, technical execution, and site supervision. Miguel also specializes in producing high quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations that bring each project to life with clarity and precision.

Beatriz Oliveira

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Beatriz Oliveira joined Feel Arch in May 2025, shortly after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture at Universidade Lusíada do Porto. Despite being at the beginning of her professional journey, she demonstrates a solid understanding of architectural principles and has quickly become a valuable asset to the team. Her dedication, fresh perspective, and growing technical skills contribute meaningfully to the development of architectural projects, making her an integral part of the studio’s creative process.
