Vertical Firmeza Flats

This project involved the complete rehabilitation of a vacant building, including architecture, construction supervision, and interior design. The 16 apartments (T0, T3, T5) were designed to offer comfortable, stylish living spaces. Complemented by three floors of coworking areas, the project showcases the Feel group’s pioneering vertical hospitality concept, blending residential comfort with dynamic shared workspaces.
