We started this project before construction began, with our consultancy on optimizing the layout for short-term rental, and finished it with the complete decoration and fit-out of the apartments. Between those moments, we were present every step of the way, supervising both architecture and construction, resulting in the coziest, most welcoming units within a fully serviced and efficient structure.
